How are pregnancy weeks converted to months?
Roughly: month 1 = weeks 1-4, month 2 = 5-8, month 3 = 9-13, month 4 = 14-17, month 5 = 18-21, month 6 = 22-26, month 7 = 27-30, month 8 = 31-35, month 9 = 36-40.
Is pregnancy 9 or 10 months?
It is about 9 calendar months, but 40 weeks — closer to 10 lunar months. That is why the weeks-to-months split is uneven.
